renovation, the Fayetteville Consolidated School built in 1929, is now the home to our
B&B. Our accommodations offer an alternative to hotels or motels, promising a unique
setting for your stay ! We are located in the country just outside the city limits of
Fayetteville, WV - yet close to all outdoor activities -
whitewater rafting on the New and Gauley rivers, rock climbing, hiking, biking, bird
watching, golf, and winter skiing. The New River Gorge Bridge is a five minute drive and
attracts thousands of visitors on bridge day
weekend in October. For hiking enthusiasts - Long Point
Trail is less than a one mile - providing breathtaking views of the New River Gorge. Mountain biking the New
River Gorge National River offers nearly 20 miles of trails - Cunard - Kaymoor trail is
minutes from our door. For those who enjoy golf, Bridgehaven
and Hawk's Nest are
challenging local golf courses. Sight seeing at Babcock
State Park is a great place to take in some of WV's most beautiful scenery. A short

Music Festival (Aug 2-6) A mountaintop gathering of string band musicians - including
concerts, contests, square dances, workshops and family activities. Visit Oak Hill WV for
the annual Oak Leaf Festival (Sept. 1-4)-
parade, craft fair, art show, carnival, and a sampling of many local
restaurants. Beckwith, WV plays host to the Footmad Festival (late
September) celebrates the broad range of music and dance traditions in Appalachias
